Wednesday Workout





Today I worked on my Overhead Squats
If you have never done Overhead Squats... they are a little awkward - but you feel it all over!

I moved on to my workout:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time
Medicine Ball Slam
Push Ups
Sit Ups
