Sunday Workout

Workout today was all Kettlebell's!

KB Swings

Turkish Get-ups
and side to side lunges..

Here was the order and our times:
Side to Side Lunges
Turkish Get Ups
KB Swings

Use the same Kettlebell throughout the entire workout.
Don't put it down

Kim - 13:26 w/ 10lb KB
Mike - 10:48 w/ 25lb KB
