Tuesday Workout

Today... I did the workout Kim completed on Sunday.
Man that was hard...
15-12-9
Heavy Kettle Bells (70#)
Wall Ball (20#)
Lunges (35#)
and Box Jumps (24")...
Completed in 9:22

I finished with a 1 mile run... geeze.
- 9 minutes
